Maintaining Confidence During Covid-19

There have been a few days recently where I have felt pretty useless and helpless, and have allowed myself to wallow in self-pity (with a side of heavy criticism). This is fairly understandable and to be expected in the circumstances but to help me move out of this unhelpful and unproductive space I have reminded myself of my GRIP Confidence Triangle.


I have shared this here to help those of you who are also struggling with these negative feelings right now and to remind all of us that despite what we may think, we are in control of a lot of things, and can change the outcome.
